【摘要】 本文介绍了集成电路测试仪中ＡＤ５７４的使用方法，该测试仪可精确测 量１ｍＶ的电压，以此方法可省去程序中很多计算过程。

【Abstract】 The application of AD574 in integrated circuit test system is introduced in this paper. The IC test system consisted of AD574 gives a high accuracy of 1mV, many sub program can be omitted in your program by this way.
