【摘要】 目的　探讨C erbB -2癌基因在Hp感染中的表达与胃癌、胃炎及正常组织的关系。方法　采用免疫组化卵白素 生物素 辣根过氧化酶法 ,分别检测正常组织 2 1例 ,浅表性胃炎 2 2例 ,胃癌 2 7例C erbB -2癌基因抗体的表达变化。结果　C erbB -2在 70例Hp感染者中随胃粘膜病理变化不同而增高 ,其中 ,正常组织的阳性率为 19% (4/ 2 1) ,浅表性胃炎为 77 2 7% (17/ 2 2 ) ,胃腺癌为 10 0 % (2 7/ 2 7) ,相互之间均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;同时 ,随着组织类型变化 ,炎症出现 ,免疫反应类型由镶嵌型向局灶型和弥漫型转变。结论　C erbB -2癌基因的异常表达对胃炎、胃癌的形成有一定作用 ,与胃腺癌的发生有密切关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the relationships of C-erbB-2 expression among gastric cancer,gastritis and normal tissues in patients with helicobacter pylori infection.Methods C-erbB-2 protein was detected by immunohistochemical staining (ovalbumin-biotin-horse-radish peroxidase).Results Positive rate of C-erbB-2 expression in gastric cancer was 100%(27/27),which was significantly higher than 77.27%(17/22) in superficial gastritis tissues and 19% (4/21) in normal tissues (P<0.01).In different tissues,the immune reaction type was histologically different.Conclusion Aberrant C-erbB-2 cancer gene expression plays a certain role in gastric cancer and gastritis;Aberrant expression of C-erbB-2 cancer gene may correlate with gastric adenecarcinoma.更多还原
