【摘要】 目的　研究服刑罪犯中精神分裂症的临床特征及相关问题。方法　收集整理了 1976年～ 1995年 3 69例精神分裂症住院病犯进行分析。结果　男性患者比例高 ,病前作案简单 ,临床表现与一般人群精神分裂症有较大差异 ,其中 ,被害妄想、情感淡漠、思维散漫、意志减退症状显现率较高。偏执型、未定型比例较大。存在特殊境遇下的无罪妄想( 7 3 2 % )及赦免妄想 ( 3 2 5 % )。结论　监狱精神分裂症患者有其自身特点。有关特殊表现值得进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this paper was to study the clinic characteristics of schizophrenia in prison.Methods This is a retrospective study reviewing all cases of 369 inpatients with schizophrenia.Results It was found that the males were of majority,that the offences of these patients were less complicated than those of ordinary prisoners.Such as,delusion of persecution,apathy,differsive thinking and hypobulia are more commonly seen,cases of paranoid,undifferented subtype have a higher proportion;The delusion of non-guiltand delusion of amnesty under special circumstance have also been seen.Conclusion The patients with schizophrenia in prison have their own features.Therefore,the special symptom needs to be further studied.更多还原
