【摘要】 目的　探讨反复自然流产患者血清Th2细胞因子的变化。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法检测 5 6例反复自然流产妇女血清中IL 6、IL 10的含量。流产患者分为两组 :早期流产和晚期流产。选择正常早孕妇女及非孕妇女各 2 0例为对照。结果　反复自然流产患者血清IL 6的含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,与IL 10呈负相关 (r =- 0 5 4,P<0 0 5 )。流产患者血清中IL 10的水平降低。结论　孕妇血清中Th2型细胞因子的变化与反复自然流产有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objetive: To investigate the changes of serum levels of Th2 Cytokines in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods: Serum levels of IL 6, IL 10 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) in 69 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA). RSA were randomly divided into two groups: early RSA and delayed RSA. 20 normal pregnant and 20 nonpregnant women were control groups. Results: The serum level of IL 6 in RSA group was obviously higher than that of normal control groups (P<0 01); The level IL 6 in RSA had a negative correlation with the serum level of IL 10 (P<0 05).The serum level of IL 10 in RSA was markedly lower than that in control groups (P<0 01). Conclusion:Changes of IL 6,IL 10 in pregnant women might cause RSA更多还原
