【摘要】 本文分析了非法发行股票、债券罪的构成要件,剖析了此罪与集资诈骗罪、虚假发行股票、债券罪的区别。

【Abstract】 By analyzing the important constituting conditions of the crime of illegal issu-ing stock and bond, the article dissects the differences between this crime and the crime of collecting money by cheating and the crime of false issuing stock and bond.
