信息超载解决方案初探

【摘要】 针对信息超载这一严重的社会问题,提出立法、技术方案、信息分析服务三种解决方案。其中由信息服务机构提供信息服务是最主要的解决方案。

【Abstract】 This article puts forward three plans-legislation, technical means and information analysis service - to resolve the problem of information overload which is a serious social problem. The information analysis service is the best one of them.
