热处理对超大比表面积PAN-ACF微观结构的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同热处理温度下 ,超大比表面积PAN -ACF(HSACF)的微观结构 (孔结构和表面结构 )的变化。结果表明 ,700℃下处理后,微孔孔径收缩,比表面积减小,但变化幅度不大;表面官能团减少 ,表面惰性增加;纤维形态变化不大。950℃热处理后,孔径结构和比表面积大幅度损失,但表面活性增加 ,与空气接触后表面官能团数目增加 ,纤维的表观形态发生很大变化。

【Abstract】 The effect of heat-treating temperature on microstructure of PAC-ACF with ultra-high specific surface area (HSACF) was studied. The results show that heat-treatment at 700 ℃brings about shrunk micropore, less specific surface area(SSA),however, the changing extent is relatively little; the process makes surface functional group lessened, and the surface inertia strengthened, too; surface morphology changes to very little extent. While, heat-treatment at 950 ℃makes pore structure destroyed to very large extent; the surface activity is enhanced, which makes surface groups content increases in presence of air; the surface morphology makes changes to some extent.
