【摘要】 目的:探讨基牙牙周组织受力与其倾斜角度的关系,找出能够进行固定修复的基牙倾斜角度的极限值。方法:应用三维应变花技术对不同倾斜角度基牙进行固定修复后,对其牙周组织受力进行分析。结果:在一定范围内对倾斜基牙进行固定修复,使其牙周组织受力分布趋于均匀,有利于牙周组织的健康。结论:基牙倾斜角度在70度内可以进行固定修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between angle of tilted abutment and stress distribution of periodontal tissue,and to determine the angle limit for fixed prosthesis. Methods:The stress distribution in periodontal tissue was analyzed after the tilted abutment received fixed prosthesis using three-dimensional strain rosette.Results:The stress distribution in periodontal tissue kept balanced for the cause of fixed prosthesis of tilted abutment in a proper range, which will be good for periodontal tissue health. Conclusion: Abutment tilted less than 70 degrees can be fixed and repaired.更多还原
