【Abstract】 The synthetic technology and structural identification of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug nimesulide were reported. The process of technology included Willemsen reaction, reduction, sulfonation and nitration. The total yield was 55% and the purity of nimesulide≥99. 0%.
