【摘要】 目的 :将磁共振血管成像应用于颈动脉外科 ,评价其应用价值。方法 :天津医科大学肿瘤医院头颈科 1 996年 8月至 1 999年 8月间收治的涉及颈动脉疾病患者 1 2例中 ,9例进行了术前MRA检测。结果 :颈动脉体瘤及颈动脉瘤 MRA表现与血管造影相似 ,MRA在判断某些颈部转移肿瘤压迫侵犯颈动脉亦具有辅助诊断意义。结论 :MRA作为一非创伤性血管显影新技术 ,对于颈部肿瘤累及颈动脉或颈动脉本身疾病的术前诊断具有一定的临床应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To realize the value of application of MRA in carotid surgery Methods: MRA was performed in 9 patients who were suffered from the carotid disease Results: The value of MRA for diagnosis of carotid body tumor, carotid aneurysm and metastatic carcinoma invasion in carotid is similar as it of traditional angiography Conclusion: As a recently developed noninvasive vascular angiography technique without contrast agents, MRA can be used in diagnosis of carotid body tumor, carotid aneurysm, as well as in patients with metastatic carcinoma invasion of carotid The authors recommend more frequent use of this imaging technique in the practice of carotid surgery更多还原
