【摘要】 目的 :探讨体外循环 ( CPB)心脏手术后急性肾功能衰竭 ( ARF)的病因。方法 :将 362例患者按病因分组对比分析。结果 :低心排组、CPB>1 80 min组、术前肾功能异常组术后发生 ARF均高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :术后发生 ARF最主要的原因是严重的血流动力学障碍所致肾脏灌注压降低 ,转流时间过长 ,术前肾功能异常等是重要因素更多还原
