2-巯基吡啶的合成及结构测定

【摘要】 以 2 -氯吡啶为原料合成 2 -巯基吡啶 (Ⅰ ) ,产率 60 %。通过红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱对比化合物 (Ⅰ )的结构进行了测试 ,证明合成方法的可靠性。

【Abstract】 Mercaptopyridine(Ⅰ)is synthesized from 2-chloropyridine in 60% yield.The structure of compound (Ⅰ) is analysed by IR,NMR and MS.The result proved the reliability of synthetic method.
