电子商务对经济的影响—透视网络经济

【摘要】 网络经济改变了经济学上的边际收益递减规律 ,提高了规模效益 .本文从经济学角度对网络对经济的影响进行了阐述 ,并对电子商务征税问题和解决电子商务的电子支付问题做了探讨 ,提出了网络经济将最终重新建立世界经济新秩序的理念 .

【Abstract】 The Internet economic has overset the marginal profit degression order. It increase scale economic. This article, in economical view, analysis the Internet impact to economic and also discuss the taxation & e-payment issue. In conclusion, a notion for recreating a new world wide economic order.
