【摘要】 笔者就古城苏州的历史价值、基本空间变化及文化发展进行探讨。以表达对苏州这座历史名城的保护,并为未来寻找保护的途径或方法。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the Suzhou old city’s historic value, primary space changes and the culture development so as to better protect the old city and also find a way to further protection in the future.
