【摘要】 目的　探讨 p16蛋白与乳腺癌病期及转移的关系。方法　应用 S- P法 ,对 87例乳腺癌 ( ～ 期 )石蜡切片进行免疫组化染色。结果　 87例乳腺癌组织中 ,p16表达阳性率为 5 7.5 % (5 0 /87) , 期病人与 、 期病人间p16表达率差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;不同大小肿瘤 ,不同组织学类型 p16表达差异无显著性。 p16表达阳性组与阴性组之间生存曲线差异无显著性。结论　检测 p16蛋白的表达对于了解乳腺癌生物学行为具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the correlation of aberrant expression of p16 protein with stage and metastasis of breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical assay for p16 protein expression was carried out in 87 cases of breast cancer.Results The positive expression rate of p16 protein was 57.5%(50/87) in 87 cases of breast cancer.There was significant relation between the expression of p16 protein and lymph nod status( P =0.029) or clinical TNM stage( P =0.049).However,relationship was not observed between p16 protein expression and tumor size or histopathologic classification.Patients with high p16 protein expression did not demonstrate significant better survival than those with low expression.Conclusion These results suggest that p16 gene assay may be helpful in understanding biological features of breast cancer.\;更多还原
