【摘要】 介绍了 EXB840芯片内部结构 ,给出了 IGBT逆变器的驱动电路和微机保护电路 ,并说明了这些电路的工作原理 ,这两个电路已应用成功。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the structure of EXB840 chip. The IGBT converter’s driving circuit and protecting circuit with microcomputer were given. It also illustrated the working theory about these circuits, which were applied successfully.
