【Abstract】 Opening to the society, autonomous running of school according to law” prescribed by “Higher Education Law" set the general direction for the reform of administration system in colleges and universities. It was urgent that the reform of higher education system be carried out by establishing a corresponding administration mechanism, integrated with macro-governmental control and orderly market competition. The key link was to establish a legal-person administration pattern of directing by internal party committee of a school, school president in charge and democratic administration by the teaching staff, and to establish a system centering around rules and regulations.更多还原
