FCC乳化重油冷进料的工艺参数与产品收率的关联

【摘要】 随着重油催化裂化的发展 ,原料雾化困难日益成为严重的问题 ,传统工艺只能获得 60~12 0 μm的液滴。重油和水在乳化剂的作用下 ,形成油包水型乳化液。采用该种乳化重油作为催化裂化原料 ,以“微爆”学说和“分子聚集与解聚”理论为基础 ,与传统工艺相比 ,可以获得粒径更小的液滴 ,从而改善产品分布。根据小型固定流化床的乳化实验数据 ,采用三因子逐步回归分析方法 ,对乳化原料的转化率以及各产品 (气体、汽油、柴油、重油、焦炭 )产率与反应温度、剂油比、乳化剂用量进行关联 ,得到了一组回归方程 ,利用该回归方程计算所得数据 ,通过F检验 ,结果表明该组关联式有显著的关联性 ,回归效果较好。这组回归方程可以应用于此工艺工业应用的初步设计和技术经济分析

【Abstract】 With the development of RFCC, crude oil atomization becomes difficult more and more. Traditional process can obtain droplet between 60 μm and 120 μm. Heavy oil and water forms W/O emulsion with the effect of emulsifier. Emulsified oil is adopted as FCC feedstock on the basis of “demolition atomization” theory and “molecular aggregation and depolymerization” theory. Smaller droplets can be obtained by contrast with traditional methodology. Adopting three-factor regression analysis on the basis of the experiment data of the bench scale fixed fluid bed unit, six regression equations was obtained through the association between the influence factors and the yields of products. The results of the inspections indicate that the equations are all notables. They can be used in preliminary design and technical economy analysis of the emulsified technology when they are applied in industry.
