【摘要】 目的 :评价经皮穿刺腰椎间盘摘除术 (PLD)临床应用价值。方法 :对 10 0例PLD术后患者进行随访观察 ,时间 1～ 2 4个月。疗效判定参照MacNab’s法 ,分优、良、可、差。结果 :PLD治疗总有效率达 98.2 % ,优良率为 94.6 %。无重要并发症。结论 :PLD创伤小、康复快、并发症少 ,可部分替代外科手术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate clinical application of percutaneous lumbar discectomy(PLD).Methods:100 cases with lumbar disc herniation treated by PLD were followed up from 1 months to 24 months.Therapeutic effect was classed according to MacNab’s classfication.Results:The overall effective rate was 98.2%,good to excellent effective rate was 94.6% in all of the patients.Conclusion:The PLD is relatively simple and safe therapeutic method for PLD with rapid recovery,and the few complication.It may replace traditional surgery partly.更多还原
