【摘要】 目的　探讨超声血管造影对原发性肝癌 (HCC)在经皮肝动脉栓塞术 (TAE )治疗前后的应用价值。方法　采用超声造影剂Levovist经肘静脉注入的方法 ,检查 12例HCC患者在TAE治疗前后血供的变化情况。采用彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)的半定量测量方法 ,判定栓塞前后肿瘤血供的丰富程度 ,并与X线数字减影血管造影 (DSA )进行对比分析。结果　超声血管造影与DSA在探查肝癌TAE治疗前后肿瘤血供方面无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,具有很好的一致性。结论　超声血管检查安全、可靠、简便 ,适合于TAE术治疗前后的肝癌血流状况的检查 ,其价值接近DSA检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the applicable value of ultrasound agiography in intervention therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) by transcatheter hepatic artery embolization(TAE).Methods After ultrasound contrast medium levovist was intravenously injected at elbows,changes of tumor blood-supply in 12 patients with HCC before and after therapy by TAE were examined by a semiguantitive color doppler flow imaging(CDFI),and the results were compared with the findings by x-ray digital subtraction agiography(DSA).Results No significant difference was shown between ultrasound agiography and DSA in searching blood-supply to tumor before and after intervention therapy of HCC by TAE( P >0.05),that is,the both methods well coincided in their results.Conclusion Ultrasound agiography can be well applicable for examination of blood-supply to liver tumor before and after TAE,it is safe,reliabile,easy and effective.更多还原
