【摘要】 目的　探讨 40岁以下妇女上皮性卵巢癌的临床、病理特点及其预后。方法　对 1990年～ 1997年收治的 198例上皮性卵巢癌患者 ,按年龄分为研究组 ( <40岁 ,44例 )及对照组 ( >40岁 ,15 4例 ) ,对 2组的临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果　研究组与对照组的 2年生存率分别为 75 .6%、5 4.3 % ,5年生存率分别为 5 7.1%、3 8.5 % ,2组有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。对 2组的临床及病理特点的研究发现 :研究组中临床Ⅰ期、粘液性腺癌及病理学分级低的病例所占比例均比对照组高 ,CA12 5值高于 65U /ml的病例数明显少于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。 2组均行手术治疗及化疗 ,其残留癌灶大小及化疗疗程均无明显差异。结论　年龄是影响上皮性卵巢癌预后的因素之一 ,判断其预后应结合临床分期、病理类型及组织分级进行综合考虑 ,治疗前CA12 5值高于 65U /ml的患者预后不良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the clinical pathologic characteristics and the prognosis of women suffered from epithelial ovary cancer and aged less than forty.Methods 198 patients diagnosed as epithelial ovary cancer during 1990s and 1997s were divided into research group(≤40ys,44 cases) and control group(>40ys,154 cases).The clinical pathologic information was statistically analyzed.Results There were significant differences between research group and control group in 2ys and 5ys survival rates which was 75.8%,54.3% and 57.1%,38.5% respectively( P <0.05).We also found that the patient with 1st clinical grade,mucinous adenocarcinoma and lower pathologic grade more presented in research group than in control group,but number of patient with CA 125 >65 U/ml was on the contrary.After operation and chemical therapy,there were no significant differences in residual tumor size and periods of chemical therapy between two groups.Conclusion Age is one of the prognostic factors in human epithelial ovary cancer,besides,clinical stage,pathologic type and histological grade should be considered and CA 125 >65 U/ml means poor prognosis.更多还原
