【摘要】 目的　探讨头颈部恶性肿瘤患者手术前后血清一氧化氮水平变化的意义。方法　采用微盘比色法对 67例头颈部恶性肿瘤 ,5 0例良性病变 ,40例健康人血清一氧化氮水平进行了检测。结果　①恶性肿瘤组血清一氧化氮水平明显高于良性病变组和健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。②恶性肿瘤组术后 2周血清一氧化氮水平明显低于术前 (P <0 .0 1)。③颈淋巴结转移组明显高于非转移组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　头颈部恶性肿瘤的发生与发展可能与血中一氧化氮水平升高有关。一氧化氮的检测对探讨肿瘤的发生机理、病情判断及指导治疗有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of serum nitric oxide(NO) levels in head and neck malignant pantients before and after operation.Methods Serum NO in 67 patients with head and neck malignant tumor,50 cases of benign disease and 30 healthy control were measured by microtiter plate photometry.Results ①In malignant tumor group,the serum NO level was higher than in benign disease and healthy control group( P <0.01).②The serum NO level in malignant tumor group decreased significantly( P <0.01) in 2 weeks postoperation.③The NO contents in cervical lymph node metastases cases increased significantly,compared with the cervical lymph node no metastases cases( P <0.01).Conclusion The results suggest that the changes of serum NO may be closely related to the development of head and neck malignant tumor.Determination of serum NO may be useful in the study of neoplasm development mechanism,judgement of patients′ condition and guide to treatment.更多还原
