【Abstract】 In this paper,2005 is taken as the base year,the influence of the YRDP(after it is put into use)on the Fenhe Reservoir is analysed from the view of sedimentation,flood control and water use.That Fenhe Reservoir will not regulate the water diverted from the YRDP is regarded as Scheme I,and that Fenhe Reservoir will regulate the water is called Scheme Ⅱ.The conclusion that compared with the Scheme I,the Scheme Ⅱ will increase sedimentation by 2,160,000m 3,and lose useful storage by 34,590,000m 3 is obtained.Directed against these influences,the following countermeasures are given:1]speeding up the soil and water convervancy in the upper reaches of Fenhe River to fundamentally decrease the silt which would enter into the reservoir;2]desilting by density current in proper time to elongate the life of the reservoir;3]the Fenhe Reservoir(Ⅰ)and Fenhe Reservoir Ⅱ are operated jointly while the YRDP diverts water in an optimal way so as to save water resources;and 4] the Fenhe Reservoir Ⅲ should be built as soon as possible.更多还原
