【Abstract】 The legal protection of intellectual property provides knowledge,talents for economic development and promotes the technological communication and cooperation in the world. However,comparing with the international standard, there still exists a blank, rough and slipshod way of legislation and the imperfect enforcement procedure of the law in our intellectual property’s protection system, therefore,we must foster the concept of intellectual property, make intellectual property’s legislation perfect and the enforcement of the law effective.更多还原
