几种增色剂对红富士苹果质量的影响

【摘要】 试验表明，６ 种增色剂在红富士苹果采收前喷两次，对苹果果实着色有显著的促进作用，着色指数较对照提高３７．１％ ～４１．４％ ，但对果实可溶性固形物含量无明显影响。

【Abstract】 Eperiments showed that spraying 6 coloring promoters twice before picking up fruits had remarkable effect on fruit coloring of Red Fuji apple, coloring index of treatment raised by 37.1%～41 1% than CK, but no remarkable effect on the content of soluble materials of fruits.
