板料冲压成形过程有限元分析中的接触搜索算法
A CONTACT SEARCHING ALGORITHM FOR FINITE ELEMENT METHODS OF SHEET METAL STAMPING PROCESS
【摘要】 针对一般冲压成形钣金件 ,在有限元分析中将板料与成形模具统一采用网格表示。在此基础上提出了接触特征空间的概念。并建立了接触特征空间和模具曲面网格的对应关系。根据板料在冲压成形过程中的特征 ,建立了在此模型基础上的接触搜索算法和动态边界条件的施加。从而解决了三维板料冲压成形过程有限元分析中的边界条件非线性问题。
【Abstract】 For normal workpiece formed by using sheet metal stamping,the blank and forming tools are all described with mesh in Finite Element Methods(FEM).On the basis of this model,the concept of Contact Feature Space is proposed.And relations between Contact Feature Space and tools’ surface meshes are established.According to the feature of the blank in forming process,a contact searching algorithm and how to do with the dynamic boundary condition based on this model are presented.Therefor the non linearity of boundary condition in FEM of 3D sheet metal stamping is resolved.
