体积成形的三维有限变形弹塑性有限元法的研究
STUDY ON THE FINITE DEFORMATION ELASTO PLASTIC FEM FOR BULK FORMING
【摘要】 本文以 ANSYS软件为平台 ,开发了用于金属体积成形分析的三维有限变形弹塑性用户单元 ,其中采用对数应变法计算构形间的应变增量 ,采用径向回归隐式算法进行构形间的应力更新 ,采用改进的抵消构形刚性转动的共旋变换算法来保证相关场量的客观性条件。为了保证对于体积不可压缩材料的模拟性能 ,建立了静水压力自由度与位移自由度的凝聚算法。这些算法不但简化了有限变形弹塑性有限元法的复杂性 ,而且提高了模拟精度。通过与 AN-SYS软件关于圆柱镦粗成形模拟结果的比较 ,验证了开发系统的正确性。
【Abstract】 Based on the ANSYS software,a 3D finite deformation elasto plastic user element for metal forming is developed.In order to improve its accuracy and convergence capability,between two adjacent configurations,the strain increment is computed with the logarithmic strain;the stress is updated with radial return implicit method;the objective conditions of the related tensors are satisfied by the adoption of rotation neutralized reference frame.In addtion,the displacement pressure(u/p)finite element formulation is built for the almost incompressible materials.At last,the developed user element is verified with the ANSYS element by comparing the simulations of the upsetting of the cylinder.
