静电纺丝法纺制纳米级聚丙烯腈纤维毡
NanoPAN Fiber Felt Made by Electrostatic Spinning
【摘要】 介绍了用静电纺丝法纺制纳米级聚丙烯腈纤维毡的方法 ,分析了纺丝工艺条件与纤维的直径及初生纤维的溶剂残留量的关系并探讨了采用二甲基甲酰胺及适量的丙酮为复合溶剂对纤维性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The electrostatic spinning technique of producing NanoPAN fiber felt was introduced.The relationship of processing parameters with diameter of fiber and the amount of remaining solvent in asspun fiber were analyzed and the influence of compound solvent of DMF and acetone on properties of fiber was investigated.
