可溶性PI/SiO2纳米复合材料的研究

【摘要】 通过正硅酸四乙酯 (TEOS)在PAA/NMP溶液中的溶胶 凝胶反应 ,制备出新型聚酰亚胺 /二氧化硅 (PI/SiO2 )纳米复合材料。用UV VIS、SEM、FT IR、TGA、Instron等手段对其光学透明性、微相结构、热稳定性、力学性能、溶解性能等进行了研究。并讨论了偶联剂的应用对纳米复合材料宏观性能的影响。

【Abstract】 A new class of soluble polyimide/silica hybrid films or solutions were prepared by the solgel reaction starting from tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) in the solutions of polyamic acid in Nmethyl2pyrrolidone.The hybrid films or solutions were obtained by the hydrolysispolycondensation of TEOS in the polyamic acid solution,followed by heating at 270℃.SEM UVVIS,FTIR,TGA,Instron were used to monitor the microstructural evolution of the PI/SiO2 nanocomposite materials and solvability,thermal properties,mechanical properties of the PI/SiO2 were determined.
