【摘要】 东川是森林资源缺乏、植被覆盖率较低的地区 ,水土流失严重 ,泥石流暴发频繁 ,水土流失的结果改变了造林地的立地环境条件和社会经济条件 ,在防治水土流失以小流域为单元的植被恢复过程中 ,必须认清水土流失严重地区的自然环境条件和社会经济条件 ,克服水土流失严重地区造林立地条件差、社会经济基础薄弱的缺陷 ,把治理与社会经济的需要结合起来 ,解决东川水土流失严重地区的各种社会经济问题 ,以短养长 ,逐步恢复植被扩大森林资源更多还原

【Abstract】 Dongchuan is an area which lacks forest reserves and has a low percentage of vegetation cover.Soil erosion is serious and debris flow occurs frequently so that site factor and social economic conditions have been damaged at some regions where trees may have been planted.In the course of controlling the soil erosion and recovering the vegetation of small watershed,we not only must see clearly the natural conditions and the social economic conditions of those regions with serious soil erosion,but also must overcome the disadvantages caused by the weak conditions.At the same time,we must also combine the control of soil erosion with the needs of social economy.In this way,we can work out various social economic problems of some regions with serious soil erosion,and recover vegetation gradually to enlarge forest reserves of Dongchuan.更多还原
