【摘要】 对农业、环境建设、自然资源和农业生态经济“专家”系统建设等限制黄土高原生态农业建设和发展的有关的重大问题进行了理论分析 ,探讨了其存在的问题和运作设想 ,以求得在上述几个领域内为黄土高原生态农业、环境保护和经济的发展提供参考

【Abstract】 Some major problems of agriculture,eco environment construction and land resource, which restrict eco agricultural construction and development in the Loess Plateau were analyzed. It discussed their existent question and operational assume in order to offer reference for eco agricultural construction,environmental protection and economic development in the Loess Plateau.
