【Abstract】 A new kink of anti-rancidity healthy colleseed oil was studied.When propolis, VE,TBHQ and citrate were added into the ordinary colleseed oil,there were increase markedly with the anti-oxidation and acidity value stability,and decrease markedly with serum lipids level in HSL mouse model(p<0 01～0 001),and also it showed inhibition ability of microbe growth.The results suggested that this kind of colleseed oil was safe and healthy oil with the abilities of antirancidity antioxidation and decreasing serum lipids.更多还原
