月季花抗氧化作用的研究
【摘要】 分别用 DPPH法、硫代巴比妥酸法、Na2 S2 O3- I2 滴定法测定了月季花提取物的抗氧作用。结果表明 ,不同溶剂的月季花提取物对 DPPH自由基均有一定的清除作用 ,其清除率大小依次为 95 %乙醇、水、6 0 %乙醇、乙酸乙酯提取物。随着月季花提取物浓度的增加 ,对猪油和亚油酸的氧化抑制作用增强 ,其中以 95 %乙醇提取物对猪油的抗氧化作用最强
【Abstract】 Antioxidant action of extraction of Chinese rose were studied by 1,1diphenyl2picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radical method,thiob arbitunic acid method and the Na 2S 2O 3I 2 titrimetric method.The results showed that all the extracts of Chinese rose obtained by different extraction solvents had scavenging effects on DPPH radical and the scavenging percent decreases in the order of 95% ethanol solution>pure water>60% ethanol solution>ethyl acetate.The resistance to the oxidation of linoleic acid and lard are strengthened when increasing the usage of extracts and 95% ethanol extracts showed the highest activities on the antioxidation of lard.
