【摘要】 1目的　了解碘附用于医院手术消毒的杀菌效果。 2方法　检测不同浓度碘附溶液的细菌杀灭率 ,并与碘酊、乙醇和异丙醇的杀菌效果进行了比较。 3结果　碘附对术者手臂的灭菌效果优于乙醇和异丙醇 ;对术区皮肤的灭菌效果 ,与碘酊比较差异无显著性。 4结论　碘附是一种较好的手术消毒剂更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study bactericidal effect of solid iodophor in operation sterilization.\ Methods\ Bactericidal effect of different concentrations of iodophor in solution were detected and the results were compared with the bactericidal effect of iodine tincture, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol.\ Results\ Iodophor was superior in bactericidal effect to other disinfectant studied. Conclusion \ Iodophor is a fairly good disinfectant for operation. [更多还原
