【摘要】 1目的　探讨乳癌保留乳房手术的可行性。 2方法　将 90例 , 期乳癌病人随机分为两组 ,保留乳房手术组 42例 ,采用乳腺区段切除加腋窝淋巴结清扫术 ;改良根治术组 48例 ,采用乳腺全切加腋窝淋巴结清扫术。术后两组均行放疗、化疗和内分泌治疗 ,比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。 3结果　乳癌保留乳房手术组3年生存率为 95 .2 % ,5年生存率为 91.7% ,发生并发症 4例 ;改良根治术组 3年生存率为 95 .8% ,5年生存率为92 .1% ,发生并发症 7例 ,两组 3年及 5年生存率比较 ,差异无显著性 (χ2 =0 .14,0 .2 5 ,P>0 .0 5 )。 4结论　乳癌保留乳房手术效果完全能和改良根治术相媲美更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility of conservative surgery in the treatment of breast cancers.\ Methods\ 90 women with breast cancer in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were randomly divided into two groups. Group Ⅰ: 42 cases treated by conservative surgery of segmental mastectomy plus axillary dissection. Group Ⅱ: 48 cases who underwent modified radical mastectomy by total mastectomy plus axillary dissection. All patients in two groups received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine treatment. The effects of the treatment and complications in two groups were compared.\ Results\ In group Ⅰ, 3 year and 5 year survival rates were 95.2% and 91.7%, respectively, patients complications were encountered in 4 cases .In group Ⅱ, 3 year and 5 year survival rates were 95.8% and 92.1%, respectively, patients complications were encountered in 7 cases. The two groups did not show significantly difference in 3 years survival ( χ 2= 0.14 ,P >0.05) and 5 years survival ( χ 2=0.25,P >0.05).\ Conclusion The effect of conservative surgery in the treatment of breast cancers is as good as the modified radical mastectomy.更多还原
