【摘要】 1目的　探讨城乡神经症病人就医模式。 2方法　对 132例城乡神经症病人临床资料进行比较。 3结果　城乡神经症就诊率差异显著 ,城市明显高于农村 (χ2 =10 .2 4,P<0 .0 1) ,求巫医者农村显著多于城市 (χ2 =2 1.6 9,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论　神经症病人就医行为与经济、文化密切相关 ,加强精神疾病知识宣传十分必要更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate the model of neurotic patients in cities and countrysides seeking medical advice. Methods\ The clinical data of 132 patients with neurosis in cities and countrysides were analysed and compared.\ Results The rate of seeking medical advice of the city patients with neurosis was obviously higher than that of the countryside patients ( χ 2= 10.24,P <0.01), whereas the countryside patients with neurosis going to witch doctors were significantly more than the city patients ( χ 2=21.69,P <0.001). \ Conclusion\ The behaviour of seeking medical advice of neurosis patients in cities and countrysides is closely related to economy and culture. So it’s very necessary to strengthen the propagation of the knowledge of mental disease. [更多还原
