氯化镨和青龙藤对大鼠下丘脑外侧区神经元自发放电的协同兴奋作用
The Excitative Effect of Lateral Hypothalamus Neurous by Discharges of PrCl3 and Biondia Henryi in Rat
【摘要】 为了了解氯化镨(PrCl3)和青龙藤(Biondiahenryi,BH)对大鼠下丘脑外侧区(Lateralhypothalamus,LH)神经元自发放电的影响,本实验通过单管玻璃微电极细胞外单位放电记录法,对63只大鼠LH放电变化进行了研究.结果表明,腹腔注入PrCl3和BH,LH放电以兴奋性单位为主,PrCl3和BH协作可提高LH神经元兴奋性.
【Abstract】 In order to know the effect of Lateral hapothalamus(LH) neurons by discharges of PrCl3 and Biondia henriyi(BH) in rats., Lateral hapothalamus(LH) neurons wer recorded by the use of glass microelectrode to assay the PrCl3 and BH in sixty-three rats. The results showed that PrCl3 and BH had excitative effec on the neuron discharge. conclucsion: Mixed solution of PrCl3 and BH could Present a coordination action of excitative effect on the neurons in LH.
