吹塑级热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)的研制
Preparation of Blow Molding Grade TPEE
【摘要】 采用在TPEE高分子链上引入特殊链段和聚合物反应挤出技术化学扩链的方法制备高熔体粘度、高熔体强度的TPEE树脂 ,其熔体流动速率≤ 2 g/ 10min ,熔体强度指数≤ 3,满足吹塑加工工艺对TPEE熔体性质要求 ,且TPEE树脂综合性能优异 ,生产工艺稳定。TPEE可吹塑加工各种制件。
【Abstract】 Thermoplastic polyester ether elastomer (TPEE)with high melt strength and high melt viscosity was prepared by means of blocking special segment into the chain of TPEE and extending the molecular chain by polymer reaction extrusion.When the melt flow rate of the TPEE was less than 2g/10min and melt strength index was less than 3,the TPEE could be procesed easily by means of extrusion blowing molding,having excellent physical properties and being suitable for the application to many fields.
