基于热状态参数的烧结终点自适应预报
ADAPTIVE PREDICTION OF SINTER BURNING THOUGH POINT BASED ON HEAT PATTERN PARAMETERS
【摘要】 为解决过程时滞和时变特性给烧结终点控制带来的困难 ,在对烧结过程热状态分析的基础上 ,提出了用废气温度上升点和废气温度曲线面积来提前预报终点的策略 ,用系统辨识的方法建立了时间序列模型。采用自适应技术跟踪系统的时变特性 ,实现了对终点的提前预报。
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the long time delays and dynamic complexity of sintering process, a method of prediction of burning though point by burning rising point and area of temperature curv was proposed based on the analyses of heat pattern.A time series model was established by system identification. Adaptive predictor keeps the traking the variation in the process characteristics. The proposed predictor can be used to predict future values of BTP to improve control of on-strand sinter machine.
