【Abstract】 This article analysed the cause of “lunar craze” uninterrupted upgrade in recent years, and discussed the great importance of the manned return to moon. We should set up excellent beginning to develop the lunar exploration in our country. The explorative program may be conducted by three steps. The third step, setting the Lunar Base, should be carried out, when the lunar exploration in primary phase has taken breakthrough.更多还原
