【摘要】 俄罗斯利用外资的轨迹与中国不同。本文通过外资增长速度与资本、部门及空间结构变化趋势，分析了俄罗斯利用外资的基本特点。

【Abstract】 ：There are differences in using foreign capital between China and Russia. This paper analyses the basic characteristics of Russia in using foreign capital: the increasing speed of foreign capital, changing trend, sectoral and spatial structure; and also, the future of Russia using in this regard.
