酸改性多组份共聚酯纤维染整工艺试验
Experiments of the Dyeing and Finishing of Acid-Modified Multicomponent Copolyesterified Fibre
【摘要】 酸改性多组份共聚酯纤维是在阳离子易染改性聚酯基础上 ,在缩聚时又添加第五组份———无机盐微粒而研制成的改性聚酯新合纤 ,纤维结构致密度低 ,易用阳离子染料常压染色和印花。文中报道了其织物染整加工试验的工艺路线和工艺条件 ,并测试了其印染绸有关质量指标。
【Abstract】 The acid_modified multicomponent copolyesterified fibre as a new synthetic fibre is developed by adding the 5th component inorganic salt corpuscle to the cationic_dyeable modified polyester in polymerizing. The fibre can easily receive atmospheric dyeing and printing with cationic dyes due to its lower compactness. This paper describes the fabric trial dyeing and printing and relevant technical conditions, as well as quality criteria of the dyed or printed fabrics.
