【摘要】 通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ,分析比较了榆叶梅不同瓣型品种在不同生育期及不同部位的POD同工酶酶谱。结果表明 :在 3个生育期及不同部位榆叶梅POD同工酶在酶带数目及活性上均表现出显著差异 ,尤其是在结果期 ,不同瓣型与POD同工酶显著相关 ,为榆叶梅的繁殖与遗传研究提供了依据更多还原

【Abstract】 The analysis and comparison are carried out on the basis of the experiment of polyacry lamide gel electropheresis on peroxidase isoenzymes of unipetalous or multipetalous of prunus variety in different parts and different growth period.The result shows that in three stages isoenzymes of peroxidase have an obvious difference in number and relative activity of zymogram bands,especially in fruit period.The isoenzymes of peroxidase of prunus variety is related to petaline type.The result gives some useful references to study the propagation and inherit of prunus variety.\;更多还原
