“恐伤肾”与即早基因表达的相关性研究
Correlative Study on “Kidney Damaged by Fright” and Early Genetic Expression
【摘要】 为观察“恐伤肾”与即早基因表达C -fos的相关性 ,采用惊恐刺激大鼠 ,制造“恐伤肾”大鼠模型 ,通过免疫组织化学方法 ,测定大鼠大脑各部位C -fos的活性。结果 :惊恐刺激可引起大鼠大脑海马与丘脑的C -fos表达明显增高。提示“恐伤肾”的微观机理之一可能与脑部即早基因表达相关
【Abstract】 In order to observe the correlation between “kidney damaged by fright” and C-fos of early genetic expression,the rats irritated by fear and fright were used to create a rat model with “kidney damaged by fright”,for determining C-fos activities of the various cerebral parts of the rats by the immunohistochemical method.The results showed that fear and fright irritation could cause the obvious enhancement of C-fos expression in the hippocampus and thalamus of the rats.The results indicate that one of the microcosmic mechanisms of “kidney damaged by fright” may be related to early genetic expression.
