【摘要】 为探讨益心饮抗心律失常的作用 ,采用乌头碱、氯化钡及造成心肌缺血再灌注诱发心律失常模型 ,观察比较益心饮组与对照组等对大鼠室性早搏、室速和致死用药剂量等的影响。结果 :益心饮组与对照组比较致心律失常用药剂量明显增加 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 0 1) ;在结扎大鼠冠脉造成心肌缺血再灌注后心律失常发生率、死亡率及窦性节律恢复时间上益心饮组与对照组比较有明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。表明益心饮具有明显的抗心律失常作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the function of“Heart Benefiting Drink”in resisting arrhythmia,arrhythmia model was induced by aconitine,barium chloride and by creating myocardial ischemic reperfusion,to observe its influence in ventricular extrasystole,supraventricular tachycardia and fetal dose in the rats in the “Heart Benefiting Drink”group and the control group.The results showed in comparison between the “Heart Benefiting Drink”and the control group,the dose to cause arrhythmia increased obviously( P <0.05～0.01);and in myocardial ischemic reperfusion created by ligation of the coronary artery in the rats,the occurrence rate,fetal rate and restoration time of sinus rhythm decreased remarkably in comparison between the “Heart Benefiting Drink”and the control group,indicating that“Heart Benefiting Drink”has a remarkable effect in resisting arrhythmia.更多还原
