【摘要】 目的　评价系统康复治疗对经皮穿刺椎间盘切除术 (PLD)疗效的影响。方法　将 2 19例PLD病人分为 2组 ,A组 :对照组 ,术后未接受系统康复治疗 ,73例 ;B组 :术后接受系统康复组 ,146例。随访时间 6个月～ 2年 ,对术后腰 (腿 )痛及疗效进行分析。结果　术后 6个月两组病人腰 (腿 )痛均明显减轻 ;术后 2年 ,B组效果较A组好 ,两组间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　系统康复治疗对提高PLD术后长期疗效具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of systemic rehabilitation percutaneous lumbar diskectomy (PLD). Methods 219 cases underwent PLD were divided into two group. Group A: 73 patients had not received postoperative systemic rehabilitation as control; group B: 146 patients received postoperative systematic rehabilitation. Followed up for 6 months to 2 years, low back or leg pain and the therapeutic results were analyzed. Results Low back or leg pain was relieved 6 months after operation in both groups; 2 years after operation the outcome in group B were better than those in group A. There was a significant difference between groups B and A. ( P <0.05).Conclusion Systemic rehabilitation plays an important role in improving long-term results of PLD.
