【摘要】 目的　探讨眼眶骨折的分类。方法　应用复位 眼眶 分类法 ,对 6 5例具有眼眶骨折的病例进行分类。结果　复位 眼眶 分类法分为 6型 ,Ⅰ型———无需复位眼眶型 ;Ⅱ型———单纯眶底骨折型 ;Ⅲ型———眼眶 颧骨骨折型 ;Ⅳ型———眼眶 上颌骨骨折型 ;Ⅴ型———粉碎性眶下缘型 ;Ⅵ型———复合性眼眶骨折型。结论　复位 眼眶 分类法既能全面、准确反映眼眶骨折的客观存在 ,又能指导临床治疗 ,且简单 ,实用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the classification of the orbital margin fractures. Methods There are 65 cases of the orbital margin fractures classified by ReductionOrbitalClassification from January 1995 to December 1999 in Macau Conde de Sao Juanuario Hospital. Results The 65 cases are classified into six type:Ⅰ Stable orbital fracture,Ⅱ Orbital floor (blowout) fracture,Ⅲ Orbitalzygomatic fracture,Ⅳ Orbitalnasomaxillary fracture,Ⅴ Comminuted fracture of the inferior orbital rim,Ⅵ Complex orbital fractures. Conclusion The ReductionOrbitalClassification are a complete,precise,practical,simple way for the orbital fractures;It not only presents the exist of the orbital margin fractures but also means the Classification for convenience of the treatment and treatment guiding the classification.
