常温脱除油品中H2S的研究
A STUDY ON REMOVAL OF H2S IN OILL PRODUCTS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 以石油醚—硫化氢为模拟体系 ,考察了几种氧化物及其固溶体常温下对油品中H2 S的脱除效果。结果表明 :碱式碳酸盐焙烧所得NiO脱除H2 S能力为ZnO的 4.3倍 ;氧化物固溶体脱除H2 S能力比相应氧化物明显提高 ,镁、锌、镍氧化物固溶体分别提高 1.8~ 4.5倍。
【Abstract】 Zinc oxide desulfurizer is possessed of a high precision and a large sulfur-capacity to remove sulfureted hydrogen above 400℃, but has a low sulfur capacity at room temperature. The removal ability of sulfureted hydrogen is examined in the article by the oxide of magnesium, zinc, zickel and their soild solution respectively and the petroleum ether-sulfureted hydrogen is used as a simulated system. The results show: the ability of removing H 2S bynickel oxide that is maded by calcining alkaline carbonate at a high temperature is increased by 4.3 times as compared with that of zinc oxide. The removal ability by oxide soild solution is enhanced observely than that of the corresponding oxides.
