【摘要】 目的揭示血浆血小板膜蛋白CD6 2P对脑梗塞患者血管病变的诊断和预后价值。　方法流式细胞术观察糖尿病与非糖尿病脑梗塞患者CD6 2P的阳性表达率 ,并与健康人作对照。　结果脑梗塞组CD6 2P的阳性表达率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且合并有糖尿病组显著高于非糖尿病组 (P <0 .0 1) ;脑梗塞组血小板计数与对照组比较无显著差异。　结论脑梗塞时血小板活化程度明显增高 ,而糖尿病则加剧了这一病理过程的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and prognotic value of CD62P in vascular pathological changes of celebral infarction patients. Methods Compared the positive rate of CD62P with flow cytometry in diabetes and non-diabetes celebral infarction patients. Results The positive rate of CD62P in celebral infarction patients is higher than that of the control group, and the patients with diabetes is higher than patients without diabetes. Compared with control group, the platelet of celebral infarction patients is no statistical difference. Conclusion The activity of platelet in celebral infarction patients is increasing, and diabetes aggravates the occurrence of pathology process.更多还原
