【摘要】 目的 :明确山茱萸的强心作用 ,为开发疗效肯定且安全无毒、价格低廉的中医急症新药奠定基础。方法 :采用大鼠离体乳头肌实验法及家兔无创性心功能测定法 ,观察了山茱萸水煎药液对动物离体及在体心脏的强心作用。结果 :山茱萸能明显增强大鼠离体乳头肌收缩强度 ,改善家兔左室功能 ,为前人的用药经验提供了现代药理学基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To ascertain cardiotonic effect of fructus corni. Methods: A perfusion experiment of rat ventricular papillary muscle was made to investigate the cardiotonic effect in isolated heard. A non-wound method for surveying the left ventricular function of the rabbit was made to investigate the cardiotonic effect in vivo. Results: Fructus corni has effect as follows: dramatric postive inotropic effect on the isolated rat’s left ventricular papillary; Obvious effect of strengthing the left ventricular function of the rabbit.更多还原
